While we're at it, can anyone tell me which is the better stormtrooper, Sideshow's or Medicom's:lol

@ encline_designs:

Are you the same guy who made the massive Rolling Thunder Prime? :)

@ Sandman:

You played us all too well.

If money is not an issue ..then why not collect both?
yeah i do to an extent. mostly HT, but i get the occasional NECA because their sculpts are so much better. the only thing i don't really collect much of anymore is statues/maquettes because i get bored with them too easily.

Out of all the Ezios
I am liking the Play Arts more than the Neca and Hot Toys version

Actually, a better comparison would be Mcfarlane vs. NECA vs. Play Arts. I used to own Play Art's Judge Gabranth, and it was wickedly good :D

I think the HT is very good in carrying out the faces of human characters, such as John Connor from Terminator Salvation practically perfect! But towards the alien and predator I am sorry to say but did a bad job of sculpture. There is not an alien or a predator that is faithful to those films (I would save just the Elder predator from P2). I find that the best model that has been done is the Dog Alien from Alien 3, but it has flaws like the spur of the queue is too small, teeth and some other details... I think the only predalien NECA was wrong ... too 'skinny'

Honestly, who cares? Both companies focus on different markets and have different goals, and both put out grade-A quality with the occassional miss.

Fixed. And I can agree with that.

Isn't that respective pricepoints/markets?
