I'm so tempted to get this figure to complete my Cap collection I've been working on. Is $330 US fair for a brand new one?

It's a terrific looking figure, I've had one for ~ a year and a half back when SS was running sales prices to blow out the remaining inventory.

I'll warn you it's not super poseable, the arms are stiffer than any of my other figures, especially the shoulders. I don't know if that the jacket's fault or the figure itself. If you get this one be prepared for a somewhat museum pose. Mine sits on a WWII Harley since all he really has to do is flex his elbows.

I did a head swap today for a bootleg TWS Steve head. Obviously, with the hair, it would never fit in the helmet, so i dremelled the majority of the top of his head off to fit. I reckon it fits the size of the helmet better than the rescue sculpt does.

That doesnt look too bad. That HS doesnt make it look like a lollipop head like it does on all the other pre STRIKE Caps.

Actually I'm surprised how well the original sculpt holds up next to the recast.

The sculpt on the left is the HT Rescue head. The other one is the head from TWS Cap and Steve two-pack.

Some of those pics makes Rescue Cap look life size :lol Great photography

Haha. Thanks. The trick, as always, to making a 12" high figure seem 6ft high, is placing it so it *is* 6ft high, and standing back far enough that it scales with the background. Either that, or get down lower to try and keep the scale looking right.

You ever pop one of those Rescue Heads on a TTM22 for pre super soldier serum Steve?

No, but i *do* have a medicom slender body at work.
It's very small and would look great if i hollowed out the Rescue head and compressed it slightly for a thinner jaw.
It might interest all Cap fans out there that Kit Chen is trying to secure a body this small and slender for a full package Skinny Steve. If she can get the body sourced, then she will commission a skinny head too and a skinny clothing set.
Here's the medicom body next to normal sized Cap bodies. I'll take more pics tomorrow:

Cool, I figured you would have already done something or had something in the works:duff

I think it would look cool in the ww1 basic training outfit

That would be a great look. The problem would always be finding fatigues that fit. Or are in 1/8 doll scale, lol.

Maybe the new Marty McFly body could work, but again the uniform would still be tricky wouldn't it:panic:

I decided to take some new shots of mine today
