Yeah, plus I want as many cool thingies dangling off Pilot Luke as possible. He's like a Handyman Oompa-Loompa.

:lol makes me think, it's only in movies that utility belts and capes (or both together) can look cool.

In real life you'd be laughed at.

I'm sure there's some guys on this board, in this very thread, who swoop around in a cape and tool belt.

OK you got me

Capes are ridiculous. They work in comics and screen best in fairy tale films like Burton?s; but the belt thing I can give a pass to, given the bulky gear real-life soldiers often carry into battle.

It is for me. There is a room in my place certain guests will never see. "What's in there?" Storage room :lol

I keep the ?collection? very tight and curated. Probably due to the small number of pieces displayed and the character selection, even non-nerd women dig it.

Everyone?s favourite is the ?89 Batmobile followed by Pfeiffer Catwoman.

The most female-unfriendly is generally the Probe Droid.

Cosplay is where I draw the line. It?s what separates me from the *totally* tragic nerds.

There are some female cosplayers that there?s nothin? tragic about. :lecture

Always kills me when dudes are all:

?They?re casuals, they don?t know the lore!?

Ummm... ***** the lore.

:lol my collection room is anything but tight and curated. It used to be a theater room and I suppose it still is but the "theater" aspect has been overrun.

I have stuff out in the living room neatly displayed in curios and everyone likes it. Some who have never seen or heard of Hot toys are really impressed at the details. I have had friends ask to bring other friends over just to see them.

And look at his boots getting into the Snowspeeder...

Then getting out...

Seems like continuity was the very last thing on anyone's mind. :panic:

The Dagobah landing boots look like a cross between those pairs, based on the strap colour and position.

He must have a bigger collection of footwear than his sister.

He is still very much the son of Padme course!

I think it?s easier to reconcile by saying he always wears the taupe/grey dagobah/Bespin boots but wears the white strapped heavier snow boots over those when on Hoth in the snow or exiting Snowspeeder.

We all need to see this curated collection. Perhaps it will inspire a more guest-friendly presentation for some.

My collection is in a room most people never walk in to. And I don't invite them.

My guess is, 7 or 8 1/6th pieces in a single display case is tops for most non-collectors to accept, unless you are younger than 30. More than that, and you get the odd look, "wow, you have a lot of dolls".
