Hot Toys Snowtrooper

Got my single a few days ago. Jus gotta say that this version blows Sideshow's out of the water! I even modified my 2 Sideshow Snowtroopers with Hot Toys True Types and I still think Hot Toys' comes out on top. The only thing I did was get rid of the padded under suit to make the pants wrinkle and crease naturally.


Do the pants fall in on themselves when you remove the padding ? Ie do you need special care when posing to get a natural look ?

I may remove my padding too. Is it a one way change ? Or can padding be re added ??

I had the ANH Sandtrooper on Preorder so when it arrived a SS I picked up (with shipping). I was surprised to see it available for so long after that even to “FREE SHIPPING” status. I am wondering if I should hold off on a immediate purchase on Snowtrooper in hopes that it may becomes FREE SHIPPING also. I don’t like paying for shipping especially when I am paying Canadian dollars!!!

That’s sucks. I have preorders at Entertainment Earth for the remaining two Turtles and BW Ghostbusters with free shipping and it feels good!!!!

Damn it looks good! It totally gives you the feel of somebody under all that armour!! I love battle worn / dirty figures. So much more realistic!! Great pose man!

Yes, I actually have the ESB Snowie on order with them. I'm going to their store tomorrow to pick up my orders, I'll ask Steven if he knows when he'll be getting these in stock.

Thanks! No sun here today so a bit washed out but in hand the creams and tans really balance nicely. The boots are probably the weakest part, seem like they are from another figure. But everything else is unbelievably top notch.
