I feel like these are pipe dreams, ESPECIALLY the last one, but I love them/ their parts in the film and would pre-order them so fast:
Mantis
Valkyrie
The Ancient One

All of those being said, Mantis was barely in the movie, and Valkyrie and The Ancient One were both teased but forgotten. If anything Valkyrie probably has the biggest chance of getting a figure. I don’t see the demand for The Ancient One being nearly big enough to justify and if Mantis gets a figure it probably won’t be from this movie. But one can hope and dream. Fingers crossed for an EG Thor announcement soon, among others. I loved him in the movie.

Although I haven't paid much attention to the releases in the past so I'm not sure if they announce them all at one time or over the course of several weeks/months. I have only ever bought a couple of Hot Toys over the course of my whole life because... well, money, but I also always hated how they announce something and then it doesn't come out until a year later. I always thought it was strange that they wait until the property is no longer new to actually release products from it.

I always thought it was strange that they wait until the property is no longer new to actually release products from it.

1. Thor is a key avenger and sells well. Another Thor is coming.
2. Gamora, Star-Lord, Loki, Falcon, Scarlet Witch, Hulk all had very recent released figures prior to IW with little to no change in appearance. You can take those figures, and put them into your IW lineup just fine. Dr. Strange sold very well, and with all the cool powers/accessories in movie justified another release, even if the figure itself was only a minor update.
3. You missed Bucky, War Machine...ect in your IW lineup.

I think another Thor, Hulk, Rescue, and perhaps Valkyrie will be seen. HT realistically releasing another 5 more EG figures would only be slightly over what they did for IW. Easily justifiable given a lot of radical changes from previous movies we seen with many of the characters. Plus....EG is a massive global cultural event.

The characters that go dramatic spoiler changes are pretty much the ones I noted above I anticipate to be revealed in the coming weeks. Ronin was show in trailers and such, so he was not unexpected.
