Dead serious.

And without context, had you shown me this image:

I'd probably have said something like, "wow, Anthony Michael Hall is looking pretty old."

Don't you ever talk to me about likenesses again, because you've just lost your license.

Very considerate Stormtroopers...they died off to the side of the hall out of the way...

I just checked and while he isn't pulling the bodies, a Stormtrooper is indeed checking on one of his fallen comrades a second before Vader boards the Tantive IV. Perhaps they moved the bodies to the sides of the hallway.

Are you sure? I can't see what he was doing in the UK at that time!

Yeah, in mulling it, it does seem unlikely. He was based in California where they were doing design/fx and all the troopers he played that I'm aware of (spacetrooper, DS trooper w/superlaser, Hoth base trooper) were shot there. I guess it's possible he went to the UK but I've never come across that over the years, and Joe Johnston was one of SW crew favorites as a kid.

Could be mistaken. Can't recall where I got the info from, so let's just chalk it up to bad memory on my part, until I find the info again. :)

No worries man, Joe Johnston was Mr Cameo in the OT so it's easy to get mixed up, but let us know if the info turns out to be right! I love all this behind the scenes stuff. Just reading the making of ROTJ for the first time and while I would have liked to read more about the tensions on set I am just wallowing in the detail.

Yeah, the Making of ESB book was written long before the "I loved working with everyone!" forced ethos you see in making-of extras on DVD's and Blu's. Making of ROTJ book is rich in detail, just not so much of the true human and conflict stories like in the Making of ESB book.

I don't think it's been said yet but these guys are coupon eligible now. Ordered myself a single and intend to order a second when the first ships.

They'll be great, you have the option of just getting the one figure too though. :) Everyone so far seems to be happy with the Shadowtrooper so that's a good sign I think.

None of the usual suspects seem to have the single nor two-pack listed below US MSRP - shame. If anyone knows different, please send along a PM.

I went ahead and ordered the 2-pack exclusive. Even though the gun rack is a weird exclusive, with all of the exclusive rifles coming with all of Hot Toys other releases, there will be good use for it.

The gun rack is a bit odd, the mouse droid was more of a draw for me even it is with the regular set.

I agree. I think the mouse droid will add a little extra when displaying it with the two stormtroopers.

The gun rack will too though. I think we all remember the scene where Chewie snarls at the gun rack and it runs away. That's what I'm looking to recreate.

HaHa. I am glad the mouse droid is part of the regular release. People would have come unglued if the exclusive was the mouse droid since it would cost a ton to order and ship international from Sideshow. The gun rack is ok, but not a must have for all collectors. The mouse droid on the other hand......

The gun rack will likely remain in the package for all eternity for me... just like the Marty Mcfly guitar.

The only exclusive in recent memory that was a must-have was the Vader head that came with Luke Skywalker.
