$459.99 for BatBrain & I. I'm pretty happy about that for the 2-pack and having it quite early.
Me too.....
Ok, thanks for the confirmation on the $
The question on everyones Mind
Thanks! Must say, I didn't think anyone would use that head instead of the other one... but it does make him look pretty badass.
The picture posted yesterday of Luke Bespin next to the tall stormtrooper shows that the tall stormtrooper is actually more in scale. He looks a little pot bellied there too.
I'm guessing something got lost in translation when we heard about the heads not working with the troopers. My guess is that someone at SB or Hot Toys must have meant that the helmets couldn't go onto a head. But who knows.
The bespin fight sculpt is the only one i have hence why i used it, i sold off the clean luke. This was simply just for show
I will say the neck adapter doesn't fit if it did he would look a little long necked. The opening of the neck hole is slightly smaller than the sculpts neck so its held in place fine. The black neck piece, i pulled away from the helmets neck joint, its only held in place by a small amount of hot toys glue and sits back in place fine without it once helmet back on.
i just though i'd show people the potential

And ZE, thanks for the epic work today.
Well it's much appreciated, no one else has done this. So the neck just sits on the figure, it's not on a peg?
Correct there is no neck adapter, sits just fine the body is holding it in place sure a modded neck peg would work for the future. He'd looks a lot better on the taller trooper i just didn't want to mess with his pose lol
Armour fits on the SS stormie? Really? The chest armour needs heat treatment because of how awful a fit it is, as well as velcro at the sides to keep it from splaying apart. The thigh armour slips up and down, the shoulder bells slip and slide all over the place and the helmet only sits properly proportion-wise if its lifted off its neck joint. And then there's the body which will either have to be switched out or glue-treated at the joints because of how floppy it is. And a coat of floor-wax to give it a shine that many folks will see as a better surface finish. I paid a hundred bucks for mine, but no way would I pay double that with the HT figures now available. But horses for courses and all that.
