Did anyone return a Crait Luke? I ask because I received my order from Sideshow today and it did not come in a hot Toys shipper box, the plastic bag that is normally taped shut was loose, the instructions were openly visible inside and the boots were not wrapped in plastic. Did anyone else get theirs like this or was I sent a return?

Definitely a return, return it right back to them.

So according to Sideshow the shipper box all of the figures came in were damaged so they removed the figure from the hot toys box and inspected it before sending it to me. It looks ok but I may still exchange it.

I would 100% exchange it or ask for a partial refund (if you want to keep the figure). It is not your responsibility as a consumer to accept goods that have been opened. Especially for a high ticket item like this, you ordered a new and sealed product. Why should you not get the shipper and something that has been opened for the same price? For all your know, you'll find some scratches or issues that you haven't found yet that may have been caused by an employee.

"The outer boxes were damaged so we totally opened all the products, looked at them all, and then shipped them out without telling you we opened them and without shippers" is as lame an excuse as it gets.
