OSW=military
MWD=femfigs


And even then just look at active members of those forums

SSF= 700
OSW= 600
MWD = 6

That shows you what people are interested in.

Very true. 1/6 scale femfigs are niche within a niche. >_<

There's a stigma that any female figure is a Barbie, and Barbies are dolls for little girls.

I have to admit, as much as I'd love to see the Sucker Punch girls and other licensed female characters in 1/6, I have zero interest in "Barbie", BJDs, Tonners, etc..

What I know is that Triad girls compared to Sucker Punch girls is not a good comparison. I'm not sure what your point is. Yes, it's a narrow field of interest, but if any 1:6 female figure was going to garner interest, it would be a figure (or several) from a movie that, regardless of its box office receipts, was stylistically fantastic, and struck a deep nerve with those who did appreciate it.

seeing as they just announced no more tron legacy stuff, and that was a bigger movie than this, we should count ourselves lucky we're getting 2, and most likely no more. i think the picture they used was incidental. baby doll and amber will be first. those 2 in the pic might come afterwards if they do more.

Hey guys haven't been in this thread for awhile but if this hasn't been post I have some pretty sweet news from a Q&A with HT :

Q3: Angel Wars (Sucker Punch for US) Movie Masterpiece will be adapted_because the_license works very well. Do you have plans to release the 5 characters?

Angel Wars will have an output frequency a little more regular. Two figures are already in progress. But if the license becomes popular, we would do the 5 characters.

So basically Babydoll and Amber need to sell well in order for us to see the rest of the characters (as if we already didn't know that though )
