I really hope that HT does this Justice. That trick of theirs of putting an underlayer suit to cover things up in their HT spiderman line looks pretty good to me. I've always like that they are willing make changes if needed to their figures.

Well I don't think it looks like crap. I don't personally own it, but it's a very nice representation of CR as Superman. Not perfect by any means but a very nice piece nonetheless.

True Hot Toys will probably do a better job. But even so, no figure is perfect. Though it's all matter of opinion, but I'm sure as soon as the first pics hit, the nitpickers will come out and tear HT prototype to shreds. I dare say that here will be many that spill the line "it doesn't even look like Reeve!"

I'm just saying nothing is perfect and CM attempt at Reeve Superman is far from crap. I see their Indiana Jones and Jack Sparrow as more of failed attempts than their CR Superman

Anyways... I'm really hoping to see pics of this figure and others soon!!!

I think the CM series fails because of the Hair application.

I think the CM looks off for some reason.

I'll say most Cinemaquettes look weird but the Superman looked great in person, just doesn't photograph well. Indy on the other hand is ____.

I wonder if there will be an alternate head with light up red eyes. Probably not, but still, they should do something "new" for this version. A stand like what the Mech Test TOny Stark got is a must.

Reeve's eyes don't go red in the movie, so I would not like red eyes

Quarter to five in HK.

Japan is one hour ahead of Hong Kong, so it will be finished in 50 mins. We could get pictures then, who knows?

The longer it takes the more likely we will have to wait tomorrow, unless Hot Toys want to hold on to make sure our American cousins are out of bed and finished their breakfasts
