BD's base for sure, plus the paint apps give it more scale, while the clean version isn't shiny enough to properly portray a clean Endo, and that just makes it look like a toy (a very nice toy) of a Terminator.

I have both BD and regular versions and I prefer the BD: better paint job (the black wash accentuates the details) and also the BD has a superb skull stand.

I concur. Especially after seeing pics of customised chromed Hot Toys endos the regular's paintjob is horribly flat. The BD's paintjob however, although not chrome either, is at least more detailed.
 
Battle damaged all the way!! Paint looks better, better base, and worth more than the regular.
