Unfortunately the Two Face jacket is terrible. I have not seen it look good stock in any pics.
You can't use a bigger body because the head is a bit undersized so that would just accentuate the effect. Unfortunately there's not much you can do about the two face jacket other than try to futz it well
Regarding the Harvey Dent outfit - if you switch him to a narrow TT (from regular which he comes with), it will look MUCH MUCH better. The fit around the shoulders is a lot more natural looking and it works well with the smaller head by bringing the shoulders in a touch

Thanks for the input. I'll try the Harvey jacket with a different body and still use the Two Face head. Maybe that'll work? Might look a bit strange.
what I did to make Harvey look better was took off all the clothes and put them on again, repeatedly futzing with the next layer. I also sanded down the shoulders to be more like a narrow TT. I think it looks a lot better now. the best thing to do for the shirt if you don't want to buy another better fitting shirt is to tighten the tie which helps to make the collar not look so big and loose.

to me, his hand is ok, but i think his thumb is way too big. I have what is practically the same "coin holding" hand from the HT Friend figure except its one full hand whereas the Two Face hand has a seam where you can tell the fatter thumb was attached. I'm thinking of swapping them out but the skin tones are slightly different

I don't think Hot Toys will remake this one either. I believe this is the only one we are getting.
I don't think so, Hot Toys will never touch this character again unless he was in TDKR
when a figure is on the market for so long with no buys that it has to get sold as low as $50, you know it's a bad seller
Sadly, we'll never know, was it lack of interest in the figure no matter what, or the fact that it was quite film inaccurrate at a time when HT was improving the accurracy of the TDK figures with releases like BR Joker.
I would love a DX accurrate TF with a PERS TF head, but it'll never happen.
