Hot Toys TDKR: 1/4th scale Batman [QS001] - Full Reveal & Specs

Damn. I think I'll keep my order and pick this guy up as my first 1/4 scale figure. If I'm blown away, I'll hold onto him.

Anyone else find it odd that HT hasn't announced a 1/4 Joker yet?? That'd make this far more attractive actually...

I think theirs is only the TDKR license for 1:4 scale isn't it?

Enterbay has TDK and they chose to make Joker and the Begin's costume under that license.

Thanks for the info! That's a huge bummer. I actually thought about getting the Enterbay Joker, but it seems like many actually aren't too impressed with him. I think the likeness is done well if you angle his head downwards, but meh...

I didn't PO EB's Joker to go with my EB Batman, but saved enough to get it if I find it impressive in -hand. Sadly, it didn't. It was good, but not good enough for me, and all the stocks our dealer had had sticky paint job on the headsculpt.

What's interesting though, is that it sold out fast in all the local stores we have here, and it outsold Batman in EB's online store even (Batman's still in-stock while Joker's all gone last I checked).

It was the variant for Jock's TDK Trilogy Mondo Poster. A few were only given out at last year's SDCC, and they were sold as an extremely limited AP edition. Now, the only place to find them is eBay for like $500.

As an owner of the Enterbay Ledger Joker I can tell you that tilting the head down ruins the likeness and makes a the face appear longer than it is. The face is too skinny to begin with and the chin is too long, so in order to minimize those in-perfections, the best angles for Ledger likeness are either profile shots or quater/side profile shots. Like the ones here.

I know it is crazy it is like the whole Hot Toys Face book page is all Iron man. I would not be surprised if Hot Toys makes all those Iron man robots that are those reinforcements Tony Stark calls in on the trailer I saw , even though there are a lot of them. l
