Camerons Terminator films strike fear into you(i've had countless dreams of being chased across the city by a Terminator), they have a some what depressing tone to them,very suspensefull(especially T2) and they add a bit of a horror element to them as well.T3 had all these elements but running with the gas light on E. Salvation is McG's vision, i see nothing brought over from the originals only some character designs.

There are only 3 films that I really couldn't wait seeing the sequel to.

1. T2 (waited impatiently for over 7 years)

2. Back to the Future 2

3. The Dark Knight

All 3 films REALLY grabbed you at the end ............. pure awesomeness!

BTTF2 is a good example. I wouldn't have thought one.

Then there's those sequels that supercede the original:

X2
Godfather pt 2
Wrath of Kahn
Empire Strikes Back

Which I feel almost any Terminator sequel would be if Cameron were behind them. Not all, but a lot of great sequels are because the original creators are behind it. Terminator was Cameron's vision, his world, he knew how to take it further and go further with it. I enjoy the whole Terminator series, but there's a certain touch that is missing from 3 and 4 because of Cameron's absence.

Definitely. Had Cameron done T-3 I think the franchise would still be alive. Never really cared for how the just wrote out Sarah Connor, although I'd rather that than using a different actress but I think Cameron would've taken the story elsewhere. And both 3 and 4 are without the kind of love that comes from something you yourself have created.

Good list. Although I would rate The Godfather the better film I find part 2 equally as good. Definitely the best sequel ever made imo.

Yeah me too. Part 2 was my favorite of the trilogy, but Part 1 was very very close to it.

looks like they just modded the dutch headsculpt which is disapointing.

Still has the same "squished" issue that the Dutch head had. Arnold's head is longer.

It looks right in the full body shot, it does look a little Dutch-esque in the moody portrait shot at the bottom though.

It would help a lot if he were on a body with a sculpted neck so you could have the head and neck muscles make the proper connection instead of how the jointed style can look, especially as Arnold's neck's really a defining feature of his whole head, as Darren's mod to the Sideshow sculpt showed.

Throw T2's Sideshow glasses on your dutch. It's a mirror of the Dutch face.

Well like I said before, I wouldn't be surprised if this is a stand-in for now and we'll see an improved sculpt before production ala Dutch and Connor.

Dutch never got an improved sculpt. We got the same one they promo'd. Connor did though, but I don't think it was an improved sculpt so much as corrected paint aps.

Dutch was MUCH improved!

Where? The only one I saw had more cammo on the face, so much so, that the black across his lips made him look like he had a mustache.

Looks like the same ****ing sculpt to me mr. "pwned" just with suckier, darker "mustache" paint - again just a repaint ala Connor. .
