Is Tommy Lee Jones the T-800 in the China release of Genisys? Because that's who they've captured here.

I can see hints of Arnold in there, but I think they went over board with the wrinkled up face.

Maybe going overboard with the wrinkles is a good thing. Hot Toys sculpts have been coming out very soft as of late. The wrinkles will probably look just right on the production piece.

The head sculpt looks almost perfect in this picture.

A nice looking T1 kyle Reese would have my full attention. But a $235 bare bones grandpa Arnold with a questionable sculpt...do better hot toys

I'll be seeing the movie in a couple hours, and I won't make a decision about this until after that... But the way it looks to me, unless this movie really blows me away, there is no way i'm buying this. I haven't watched many trailers from the movie yet (since one of them ruined the entire premise of the film) but I swear I seen Arnold with all grey hair in one of them... Is this not that same terminator?

Doubt this is going to be one of those "sold out" hard to find items in the near future. Looks pretty good though, but I agree with some saying it looks cheap.

Personally I think the head sculpt is mostly fine, but there's an overall cheap look to the figure combined. Not sure what it is, maybe the hands?

Decent looking figure but they're out of the minds with that price. With Marvel tax and all you get way more bang for your buck over there. But who knows, maybe the story is the price is up because popularity (and thus production) will be down on this.

Highly doubt this movie will impress me enough to even think about anything from this line. Actually, I'm hoping that they go on a tear with this so I can get a break on all of the other stuff which interests me that they've been pouring out

I'm not sure where the cheap look vibe is coming from either, but initially when I looked at the first proto shot in the email, I couldn't tell if it was HT until I scrolled down and saw the logo. Looking everything over thoroughly (and seeing the SB pic) it smells like HT now, but I guess it's just an underwhelming look (no fault of HT, just the design as shown on screen).

This represents Ahnuld at the begining of the movie when they ambush the Original T-800. When Kyle and Sarah travel in time he stays behind and waits for them because he can't go through since some of his skeleton is exposed. Therefore he is sporting gray hair in the latter half of the movie. So the brown hair is accurate.

Yeah but nothing and I repeat nothing ambushes the original Terminator and tosses him into the back of a van so fake Reese
can have a comedy moment. Which means nothing about this movie or this figure is "accurate". The real Terminator is blown up by real Reese and crushed by real Connor in all and every timeline imaginable, anything else is just heresy and should be avoided at all costs.

And you betcha I am butt hurt that they are trying to soil my fond memories of the original film (top 5 all time btw), with this ******** Genisys crap. I mean **** Arnold, **** this film, and **** HT for even trying to do that!

I certainly don't want to have this..
floating around in my head while I am trying to enjoy this.

And nobody else should either.
