Good job on that. I personally prefer that they went for the older face. I think if we're going to have a figure of old Arnie it might aswell be the oldest one for the novelty it presents in the collection. I do wish they'd painted the hair grey to match it though.
Some photoshop...
I prefer the 2017 one, with grey hair and these dark and militar clothes, it looks very baddass to me, but doing the 1984, which I'm sure is not the most liked one, they chose the wrong face. As a lot of people has said, probably because lack of references.
btw, that paint job on that head from ebay looks pretty bad. I can see a lot of brown in the hair.
who's that? Its Arnold Schwarzenegger they said
Well that's good enough for me.
i painted Robocop's helmet over GI Joe figure's head in my childhood.Your last edit is, again, a bit extreme Mr ''Robocop's colour is perfectly fine''
i painted Robocop's helmet over GI Joe figure's head in my childhood.
you don't know what it was like here to have nothing
i still remember that urban legend about terminator skeleton figures with poseable fingers from my childhood.
while terminator was 2-layers covered by HT figures, Robocop was a miracle to happen. shape is wonderful, color is irrelevant
also i never said Robocop's color is "perfectly fine". i said that i don't know how people don't see fails in shape but pretend to see fails in color.
This one cannot be the perfect Arnold sculpt since the MMS238 is. Amiright, P?
I'll give you a pass. You've given food for thought - perhaps I have again fallen for the ''new toy'' effect, I am as susceptible to it as everyone else. The jury will remain out.
Who remembers this?
Might of been the only 1/4 fig Id of picked up.
Damn the sculpt look good.
