But perhaps SSC's license will allow them to distribute the 1/6 here rather than DCD. Or let's hope.

But I didn't see that SSC had the rights? Also frequently sSC will mention a trailer but not have the license - could be the same with HT.

from what i've seen in the previews, the film looks great, i just hope it does'nt dissapoint. as for the hot toys figs.....they are a must...well, at least john connor and i hope we get a version of this films kyle reese.

Hmm, when I first saw the newsletter I just thought they were bigging up the trailer and reminding everyone they had the T1 license, NOT that they were hinting at TS figs at all as its previously never been announced they had the license.

I'm just scared Bale isn't enough to pull this through. I find it hard to have faith after T3 and what has happened to predator and alien. Lets hope terminator doesn't follow there path .

Even if it does suck, it should at least give us some bad ass figures. Besides Bale doesn't generally do movies that suck. So i have faith! Can't be any worse than T3 was.

Yup, I agree. The ALien vs Predator movies suck. Well, the 2nd movie was a improvement of the 1st Alien vs Predator. The movies arent that great but yet we still buy the 12 inch figures.

I have a good feeling the film will do exceptionally well but won't have the typical "Terminator 1 & 2" feel to it. Which is fine because the action alone will work.

Same here. I'm just not sure its possible for any film maker to do a truly great new installment in any of these franchises. Its partially because of us and how we've built up 'the originals' over time but also that recent films have tended to be crap.

My interest in the Salvation line will depend on the film....unless preorders come up before the films release - that'll be tough seeing cool toys for a film that may end up sucking. A T-600 seems a must though.

too true man, i remember when i first saw the terminator, i was blown away not so with t2( still a very badass film ) but not like the original. lets just hope terminator:salvation is on parr with t2. is it just me or were 80's flicks better than they are now?
