Hot Toys makes a M4A1 w/XM26 LSS attachment. Not exactly like the one Bale is pictured with, but the only 1/6 representation of the XM26 LSS attachment to my knowledge. It's bascially a undermounted shotgun.

Ah, I've seen shotgun mounts before but never an auto shotty. Pretty vicious.

The new HT newsletter today confirms they DO have the Terminator: Salvation license!

"After the Judgment day, what will you get? - We are quite sure that you'll get some "Fine, delicate toys"! Yes, we mean it! We're excited to announce that we've been granted a world-wide license of Terminator: Salvation (aka T4)! We are aiming to bring you tons of collectible throughout 2009! With years of experience of producing fully poseable 1/6th scale robots and film-accurate 1/6th scale human figurines, it's not hard to tell what we are planning to do with this license. STICK with hottoys.com.hk to preview our first collectible announce in end of this month."

I guess we'll see more HT T-800s then which means the prices on eBay will drop. I'm now kinda hoping the film will be crap so I wont be tempted to buy the figs and spend mooooooore moolah. If I do buy 'em I guess I'll go for a T-600 endo, T-600 with BD flesh and maybe John Connor.

This is the part I found most interesting....

If they now have a world-wide license will that bring down the cost of the figures for places that had to import the Asia only licenses?

I would love to see $100-125 figures for this movie instead of $175.

Hmmmm, well if they're going world-wide wouldn't that mean they'd make more units to distribute globally then? I'm not sure I get what it means.

Keep on dreaming:lol

Hang on. The T-600s had rubber skin...that means Hot Toys will make them (BD flesh versions) with rubber skin.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

"The 600 series had rubber skin. We spotted them easy, but these are new..."

Rubber skin aside, I think the whole 8-ft tall bowlegged freakish frame might have tipped off the resistance ;)

Skynet was apparently a little slow on the uptake for the whole 'infiltration' concept...

Sure, the design somewhat contradicts what has already been established.
That's the risk we all have to face when it comes to sequels.
However, think of how cool it will look in your collection as a figure or PF towering over everything else. :monkey5

I think it'd be pretty awesome if they produced a version with heavy tissue and clothing damage. I'd be down for one :rock

But yeah, I think being 8ft tall would be a tip-off as well... maybe Skynet had a bit of trial and error along they way. Or maybe people got a bit mutated after Judgment day and 8ft tall was the norm :lol

:lol Oh, not denying it's cool and will probably get some...I just found it amusing. Besides, Kyle may have been generalizing and pointing out how hard it was to identify the T-800s as flesh and blood cyborgs.

I think T:SCC has even established that the 600 series were some pretty big brutes.
