Here is mine. Glad they did an Avengers version. Had to sell my Iron Man 2 version (car needs new tyres) which I really regretted.

This version is lacking the BD (which is the high point of the IM2 M6) and the cool base but the Tony Stark head is fantastic and has vastly improved paintjob compared to the one that came with Mark IV.

Really hoping the pants won't turn pink.

How many batteries do you need for an Iron Man?

The specs for Mark VI say: Light Up features require AG1 batteries (6 pieces) and AG9 (3 pieces) Included

But 3 for the head, 3 for the chest, 3 for right arm and 3 for left arm makes 12 total batteries.

Am I doing this wrong? Does he only need two batteries in each arm and head?

Okay so Im sorta in a pickle here. I recieved Avengers Ironman from SS missing an piece between his arm and torso,washer-cone shaped I believe. SS mailed me back saying I could either get store credit,a partial refund,or to return the figure for a full refund. I dont want to give him up really. But without the missing piece he just doesnt look as good. And if I return/exchange him there is a good chance there wont be any left to replace him.Any thoughts from anyone? Anyone know where I can get that spare piece online?

Looks great, but Tony looks younger to me.

Best option IMO, get a partial refund from SS. Then list it on eBay. Once you get paid + the partial refund from SS, buy a complete one from eBay or here.

Get a partial refund.... Then buy any Mk.4 or 6 arm.... even BD arm... it should come with a washer... Transfer to your mk6's arm. An arm should cost less than the refund.

Edit: Mk.4 and 6 parts used to be numerous.. It's rare now.

I'd go partial refund and try to get a replacement part off another figure. Check ebay for failed customs, scrapped parts, etc.

Taken in the store I work at. I work in a collectible store and we are also the HT distributor here. Hence I get to see every single HT release.

I used to work in a collectible toy shop myself... Until the company switched gears and we turned into an online collectible supply store. Better business, but man do I miss that shop. I envy ya!
