I am using my Tony head for the Avengers look with his Black Sabbath top on.
It's worth keeping a hold of, but if it helps you sell the MKVI, you can piuck them up easily enough.

that looks amazing! bit skinny on the torso but great!

I can't seem to find the neck piece though, I can find the head and the neck but not the neck guard

Yeah. I am going to source a better body and build an ARC reactor light in there too.

I can't find them locally...may have to resort to eBay...but I can't seem to find a Tony HS with a neck post...I really don't like to buy separates lol

So I have this figure, and the Sideshow Exclusive Mark VI from Iron Man 2, and I'm thinking about parting with one of them. Any suggestions on which of the two I should keep?

If you plan on getting the Avengers team, I say keep the LE version. This way, you'll keep consistency with that line.

I really want to keep the HS from this version. Its in my opinion, the best RDJ sculpt yet. Does that HS work on the IM2 body? Or did they change anything in the Avengers version on the suit neck?

HT IM2 Mark IV and Secret Project has the exact same HS as that of Mk VI LE (Movie Promo)..

I guess they must've fixed the pink panties issues from the first Mark VI release, and the Mark IV on the Gantry release.

no pink panties here yet. i wouldn't count it out yet though, after 2 years i would expect it to start showing up in full force if they do suffer from it still.

and you know the best part about that figure? the headsculpt doesn't even fit it although just to say you had one is enough for some people I guess

I'm surprised that anyone who actually bought one of those would take it out of the box, considering you can put together the same figure using parts from others for a fraction of the value.
