I just got the Crow/ Eric Draven figure about 10 minutes ago and it's a very VERY good figure. I got it from SS and like always it came without any protection, just the brown shipper box from HT. Fortunately, the box was in good condition, with the exception of a SMALL dent on the back, but not a big deal. The figure looks great in hand and the sculpt and paint are beautiful. The coat is very soft and easy to work with...and it does need some work, but it does look good. The figure is very light (literally) and the accessories he comes with are well made, but nothing spectacular. The guitar looks cool but be very careful with the strings. Like a lot of HT figures, photographs don't do the figure justice, unfortunately. Like I said, the sculpt and the paint work looks impressive in hand, imo. So those of you who are still waiting for the figure, you'll love it! Also, straight out of the box, you can tilt the head down a bit and spread his arms in the crucifix pose he does in the film, and looks great! Oh..one more thing, the teeth are fine, not too big in hand, imo. I'm very happy with the figure!
Like I said, it's a small dent on the left side on the back and the box is not broken, so not a big deal. I didn't see the option on their website for the double box, but I'm sure that's extra, unlike most online stores who do it for free.
You request it through their live chat. And yeah, I believe it's $10 more ontop of the original shipping cost. It's my only problem with SSC that it's not already included. They don't even do a good job it, usually they stick brown paper in between the boxes which doesn't do anything really for protection. I have my account setup that everything on order will get double boxes if it's able to be.
Got mine today, really love this figure. Also one of my favorite movies of all time. R.I.P Brandon Lee.

Took the wiring out the coat and painted the lips.
