Why are people ordering from other sites other than sideshow?

Do they have better prices?

cheaper price and no California tax, at least that's why I order from BBTS or Alter Ego most of the time. But in the Crow's case, i ordered from SS just because of the exclusive, otherwise, he would come with absolutely nothing but the guitar.

BBTS and AE also package better than Sideshow.

Yeah I heard they can pack the item in a special way and call it collectors grade packaging, to make sure the item arrives in perfection condition.

Sideshow is horrible it is either no packing at all with shipping labels all over the brown shipping box. Or a box with butcher paper in it, there so called pack out service.

the special collector's grade is BBTS only and you have to pay extra for it. But BBTS and AE both still pack the brown shipper in an outer box for better protection at no extra charge. SS ships the figure with just the brown shipper so many people have gotten damaged box before.

Ok I didn't know that, but it is still good that even their standard packing methods are better than sideshow!

SSC double boxing sucks a ****ing ****. I did it for my 1/4 Endo and they double boxed it but they secured it with the same brown paper towel that you would be stuck with in school. So ****ing cheap. It was literally 10 dollars extra compared to their standard shipping. BBTS's standard is to double box with bubble wrap.

This is one reason I've never ordered from them.

I do find his lack of weapons to be odd. In the film he uses a shotgun, knives, multiple pistols and a katana blade from what I remember.
Hmmph.

Good thing there are some sources out there for 1/6 weapons.

If he came with even half of the weapons I mentioned and an alternate head sculpt, this figure would easily go from awesome to crazy awesome.

I'm still happy with what I'm seeing though.

This must have been answered ten times already. Lee's mum will not allow his likeness to be associated with any weapons. Period.
