minus the camp hand on hip of course, put the pistol in his hand instead..

Re: Hot Toys The Dark Knight Lt. Jim Gordon S.W.A.T suit version Figure - Specs & Pic

I'm surprised you think that is better then the DX12's Wayne sculpt, but hey different tastes I guess..

These would be there best sculpts to me..

T1-T800
Sweeney Todd
Reeve Superman
Peter Parker black suited spidey

No, not the DX12 Wayne sculpt but the Batsuit Bigins version and it's ment the other way around, as I wrote that this Wayne and some other sculpts are the best up to now, in my point of view.

But the whole "most favourite head sculpt" discussion gave me an idea for a new thread:

What's the most accurate or your favourite HT or EB head sculpt??

Take a look if you like :)

Yeah, i was thinking just batman line for top sculpts, but the ones u mentioned are amazing also in the other lines. Yeah a bat signal would be pretty Rad. However i do like the fact they went for SWAT gordon, its more interesting to me than raincoat detective gordon, even though that is classic: I will have him like this i think, he looks cool in the film like this as does the figure!

That's exactly my opinion! :hi5:

Sideshowtoy.com but it's not up for preorder yet, I put myself on the mailing list. If you go to the website, on the right side you'll see the three boxes with the EX for comic con and if you click on Gordon you'll be able to be put on a emailing list to be notified when its up for preorder. I had to, I'm a sucker for these military type characters, and this Gordon looks badass. Can't wait for Bane.

here's the emailing link

Do you need an account for that? Can you pay with paypal or is a credit card needed? if so. I'm screwed.

Credit Card is needed, Sideshow doesn't do Paypal, sorry. How do you buy figures without a credit card? A debit card would also work, if you have a bank account you can have it set up for a debit card which can double as a credit card, if you wanted to go that route.

Otherwise wait for it to show up on Ebay but be prepared to pay inflated prices, this won't be cheap once it sells out.

Hopefully, this guy'll be on display at SDCC with the DX 2.0 and the TDKR stuff. As for when he'll be available to order:

other stores like BBTS take paypal.

I've never liked BBTS, prices always seem inflated compared to places like alterego or sideshow. But that's just me, I've used paypal only for ebay and buying something on here from a member. But Paypal is a very nice alternative to using credit cards.

Never used AlterEgo ... but the sticker-price at BBTS is almost always cheaper than Sideshow, and its usually cheaper including shipping. Joker 2.0 is $15 cheaper with shipping than SS. The TDKR Batman is $10 cheaper at BBTS with shipping.

Exclusives are sometimes the exception, though. The BB Batman/Wayne exclusive is the only time I used SS instead of BBTS. As I understand it, BBTS had to buy their stock through SS like we did -- and they had to add profit margin into the price.

If you do some weird calculation with reward points, it may break even. I've never found reward points to be rewarding enough to bother. If you live in CA and get charged tax, that may throw it off, too.

What? Yes they do indeed take Paypal.

I've payed for three different items through Sideshow's website using my PayPal balance.

The catch is that you can't use Paypal for preorders, just for stuff that gets charged immediately. The Avengers Mark VI for example, I payed with Paypal.

same, I only buy from SS if theres an exclusive. Otherwise I'll buy within Canada, so I don't have to worry about customs fee
