I saw this in person. The cost was $274! it's plastic! I did not get the feel of real metal at all. It's cool - but $25-$50 cool. clearly not worth $300. It may be to serious collectors but it should be made from better materials. The figures are a bit better quality than Barbie dolls but along the same line. All of the Hot Toys should be sub $100 (all the ones this scale).

The aftermarket price for Batpod V1 was averaging $900 for a while on evilBay... I think $250 may have been a relief to those who never got it.

I have it on PO but it seems like it could be cheaper after seeing the Tron Light cycle with all of it's lights, spinning motor and it's only $25 more.
