The only things that HT arguably has improved upon since then in my opinion is head scale, and sometimes body type. But their bodies now are just as often WTF? decisions as really good ones. Clothing isn't any better, sculpting isn't any better, paint apps are frequently worse.

Yeah, I was way more into them back then. Even though they were already re-releasing things and focusing on Batman, it wasn't as ridiculous as it has gotten recently. I'll admit though that if all they showed off at SDCC pans out, and is an indication of some future directions for them, then I'll be totally back on the Hot Toys train.

Well, character selection doesn't phase me too much - they'll get around to most stuff that's worth doing, it's more the QC than anything else these days, really.

It's just shocking with some examples, like they're taunting clueless cashed up plebs to take the 'Pepsi' challenge or something.

Proper 1:6 Endoskeleton from the finale of the film. Then the evolution from Tech Noir to skinless Cyborg is complete.

I still have my old, old HT End... and I still really like it. I'm sure a new one would look tons better but I don't feel I need it should it not happen.

But of course it will happen. Its about the only thing they have left to do at this point until T5.

I also wish they would make a Kyle Reese. I'd also love a Sarah Connor from the first film also seeing as we only have the T-800 character from the film being made. Sarah, Reese and The Terminator would all look great on the shelf together.

I gotta say I'm not too keen on the T5 film with Arnie. Having an old Arnie as a Terminator figure really wouldn't interest me.

Even though I totally love my custom Kyle and Sarah, I agree that HT should bring them out as a set. It would help sales. Probably a lot more people want Kyle than Sarah.

Has this been shown anywhere ? On the fence about it. It will be my first terminator. Or should I get one of the older one's?
