I remember when your card was charged and your figure was shipped straight away. What's the point of all those email notifications again? To build excitement towards a particular date and then go totally silent....until..'oh by the way it's delayed again'.

is this the same body as TTM 20? I am looking for a good body for my DX 13 extra sculpt and just wondering if the neck will sit nicely on this body unlike the TTM 20 which is slightly lower.

More shady business by SS. Poor customer service is becoming the norm for them. Same thing they did with the Mark 42. Took money then nearly 2 weeks they shipped the figure out. Seriously what other business operates this way??

I go with the flow most of the time but they should let their customers know if they're expecting that kind of delay. Not only is it good customer service but they'd avoid some calls from people wondering where their shipment is.

I don't think they're open tomorrow. I just spoke with them and was told the second shipment is for customers who ordered after the 15th and before the 15th orders are in the warehouse waiting to go out in 3-5 days after processing so I can deal with that. It is what their policy says afterall. Now if I don't hear anything by beginning of next week, I'll be a little perturbed.

haven't people realized by now that this is the new thing SSC does? they never ship right after they charge. You're going to get your figure, regardless

I remember calling them a while back about paying off a Flex on a figure a month or two in advance just to get it out of the way. They told me they can't do that because they can't collect all the money in full unless they have the item in stock to ship. So did that change since all of you are getting charged for a figure that isn't in stock?

They should just hold off and charge when they are going to ship. Seems reasonable to me.
