I remember calling them a while back about paying off a Flex on a figure a month or two in advance just to get it out of the way. They told me they can't do that because they can't collect all the money in full unless they have the item in stock to ship. So did that change since all of you are getting charged for a figure that isn't in stock?

They should just hold off and charge when they are going to ship. Seems reasonable to me.

I actually did the same thing, when it was released in HK i called and see if they can charge me then, in the hopes i can get it earlier and I was told the same thing. They moved by bill date to the 15th so then I called on the 14th seeing if i can get charged a day ahead (again foolishly thinking I can get ahead of the crowd and somehow get thru quicker) but I was told all orders get processed all together. So today I contact them and get told that I have to wait for a second shipment So now I wait. I guess the good thing is it will be a shorter wait for Robocop since Ahnuld keeps getting pushed.........actually I hope this doesnt....NOTHING, NEVERMIND I dont want to jinx myself. Anywhos wait I shall.

Wow Sideshow going to pull this **** again? Charges our card and has not shipped our item straight away. Man they really have gone downhill. They should of shipped Terminator Thursday but latest Friday. It's Saturday and nothing. It probably won't ship until next week maybe but I have no clue. It took forever for the Mark 42 to finally ship. Just not good business.
