Oh not taken as a dig at all. No worries. Thanks for the compliments.Honestly, I trust your measurements over my eyes and hope that didn't come across as a dig. 1:6 isn't an easy medium for things like sunglasses, so I really mean it when I say you did a nice job.
I can't believe how well they nailed the likeness! I really hope the paint apps remain as good for the final.
Was also rather surprised there was no NRD on this...

Pre-ordered - great success! $229.99 isn't bad at all (I can't believe I just said that).
I'd be far more excited about Reese, T1 Sarah or young John.
Biker leathers make sense for the hard-wearing he would be doing so, given a choice, he might go for those anyway but its true - its overly coincidental that in T2 and T3 they are the first thing he finds.
I don't have your eye for accuracy, so I'd be happy with a made-up one, if it looks as good overall as the QS001. Obviously I'd prefer it to be movie accurate, but the details of the endoskeleton don't stick out to me the way other characters from beloved franchises might. Don't think I'd be able to resist a good Reese, but I've no interest in Sarah or John. Especially T1 Sarah. Hard to see her looking good as a 1:6 figure, given the jeans and hair.Everyone's so into the idea of a new endoskeleton, after the QS001 I have almost complete faith that they'll just make it up instead of giving us a headsculpt that actually matches the ones in either T1 or T2. I'd be far more excited about Reese, T1 Sarah or young John.
That's what I thought, too, but I got spanked in the Marvel section for saying the same. It was pointed out that Starboost, who's $270.00, doesn't have an NRD.I believe the threshold on the NRD is $250 and above... so just under the wire.
Cheaper than what I thought.
Still a pass.
They're going to announce a DX version of this when this one is finally on the shelves.
That one will have more BD and a peel away skin layer to reveal a diecast Endoskeleton!
2015 it'll happen.

Movie magic. After a day of letting this sink in, I'm definitely in for this one and am glad I have a spare TTM20 lying around to bash together a 2nd one with the 2nd head.
