haha it must be a sign. Wonder what improvements will be made to this guy before he gets released. personally think the T-shirt needs to be smaller/tighter. the face sculpt will probably look slightly better too when it is eventually released although I love how it looks right now and am hard pressed to find any faults

I'm scrolling past anyone nitpicking this thing in the slightest. This is a true Grail piece and will look fantastic on release. It's the goddamn POLICE STATION SHOOTOUT TERMINATOR PEOPLE.

Forbidden Planet Uk have him listed at £199 so I'm probably just gonna order him SSC. Get him way sooner and maybe even a little bit cheaper too if the custom fees aren't insane

Even the DX releases were much cheaper than that, several years ago . I never thought I'd see the day when the majority of us have gotten so desensitized to these rising prices, but here we are...

Yeah FP.co.uk is my usual stomping ground although in the recent past I have used that company that shall not be named (DX13), CollectibleKitbash (a load of spare parts, practically a whole DX13 and Scar Predator) and I have also used Collectiblesdirect (SSC Jedi Master Yoda and I have my MOS Superman on PO).

So I think to hell with FP.co.uk as they seem to be the dearest thus far, I will wait to see what Collectiblesdirect have him up for or failing that I will use CollectbleKitbash.

And they were huge in the 80's and 90's. They make really high end sunglasses.

Looks good. But the DX13 battle damaged T2 figure looks better and is still a better figure overall... And I still need to get that one in my collection! This is an easy pass for me...

It's not fair to judge the DX13 to this when it's not out yet. Who knows how they will tweak it. The DX13 looked a lot better than the prototype.

For some reason, Ive always seen the Technoire as most memorable in T1.
I always see that outfit first when I think of T1.

I think both are equally iconic. He does spend the first half of the flick in the Tech Noir and wears it in very memorable scenes. I guess everyone gravitates to the police shoot out because of the movie posters and I guess it's generally considered the cooler look.

We are all so stuck in the trap. And the reasoning that the figures are better than they used to be can't be used anymore. The figs that were $250 (+/-) 2 years ago like DX05, DX06, DX08, DX09 were $20-$30 more, included a lot more and are still up to speed with what's being produced today. Hell, DX10 just a little more than a year ago was the same price as this

I might sell my DX13 and just keep this guy, as I feel T1 is a massively better movie, and they are essentially the same figure. I know most people love T2 and consider it a classic, and it is a good film, but I think they took the whole, "Boy and his robot" thing a little too far making the terminator a "good" guy.

I love his sculpt and look, but I'm not crazy about the T-1000 statue, and I like the clothing better on this guy.
Maybe it will be selling for more by that time too.
