Salvation wasn't all bad, I still got a shelf dedicated to it

Awesome collection Skull!!

Thanks, sorry for the potato quality Photo, they are still great figures I think. These were among some of my first hot toys when I started collecting again in 09 I believe it was.

On a side note, just got charged my second to last flex on this guy, still considering paying off the balance and having this sent early or waiting till December 10th for my last payment:huh

I thought Salvation had the BALLS to go in another direction from the “run and chase” template of T1 to T3. Salvation mixed it up so for that I give it credit!

It was a nice change of pace, story had some holes in it for sure but I always wanted them to make a part 2 and finish the series, go to 2029 and do the final battle, T-800 army's patrolling, have the resistance "smash the grid" and give us a look at the time machine that's been used so many times, have Reese and the first T-800 sent back to 84 at the end for a perfect loop:D

Salvation had good things going on.
The mad max approach, designs were cool (save for those huge mechs).
Now the 3rd part was heavily rewritten, and it shows.
The original script had skynet housing a peacefull suburbs populated by human/cyborg, the concept that skynet decimated earth in order to save a fist full of humans was cool and also inspired by Cameron. Also Thank god they got rid of the marcus passing for connor , who dies, wearing jus face and keepng the fight... Oh well that quite ****ed up and fun tho...
What was lame was the whole depiction of skynets facility, a poor factory.
With trucks...
It was much better than T3 wich had its moments but was just a rehashf the first two.

just scored this figure for 187 shipped!!!!!.super excited will be my first terminator figure and Will not be the last.:yess:

Close to this one except for the right arm pose

Yeah, that was the idea. I had to put the gun to the side so the Detolf door would close. He's also crushing that pipe bomb with his large boot! I am starting to think the larger boots look better on the figures with the larger head, as I think a-dev suggested, while the smaller ones work better on the MMS-136 headed figures.

Aye t'was me who said that. I just think the biggest head we've ever gotten (guffaw) and the smallest boots we've ever gotten isn't a great combination. Makes him look too top heavy....aswell as in fact being very top heavy.

Your figure looks good - apart from that damn vest being so short, seems particularly short on yours....

Anyone know where I could get a bundle of short footpegs for cheap? Need up to 5 pairs. I'm trying to equalise the heights on all my T-800s and I think shortening some figures rather than making the others taller is the way to go.

The longer footpegs make the lower legs overly long to my eyes.
