The `84 T800 actually arrived on top of the Griffith observatory - you then see it walk to the edge of the building looking over LA. Not in front of it!

The actor they chose for Reese couldn't be any more generic, couldn't they have gotten someone that looked a little like Michael Beihn?

I think Genisys could be okay honestly. Of course no future sequel in the franchise is likely to live up to the first two films, but I like the approach that this film is going for. The alternate timeline thing that Abrams popularized with Star Trek and that Singer followed with Days of Future Past can work really well when its done right. I think the idea of going back into the first two films but from different perspectives is a cool idea. The main thing I'm iffy on is some of the casting choices. I think it'll be decent though if the trailer is anything to go off of.

On the topic of this figure, my final flex payment charges tomorrow so I should have it next week. I'm pretty stoked to receive it!

Can anyone guess how long this figure will be in stock? I'm definitely getting it, but not sure I should just use a $20 off coupon now, or wait for some more reward points I have coming in the near future.

Well that could be a interesting movie, so does that mean the Tech noir Terminator is going to get destroyed early on? And instead they have to fight a T1000 in the 80's? A different twist on the story without rebooting it, and still using Arnold.

JJ Abrams Star Trek opened a whole new can of worms with his reboot, wonder if we'll see more films done the same way.

Like a Back to the Future movie where the travel from the future to 1985 during the events of the first one?

The only good thing I found in the trailer was the return of Arnold, the premise seems lame, the casting looks awful, Terminator 3 seems like a better movie.

Let's not get carried away:lol No way anything in T3 was better than this trailer. Kristanna Loken's breasts inflating took 2 seconds, at best:lol

So does the New "Old" Terminator make this Terminator look like a Chump? Looks like this guy gets destroyed fairly quickly on the trailer.

Yup. Now the '84 T-800 will be the "weakest there iz".

Well, in fairness, going from the trailer he's been ambushed, so should be destroyed fairly quickly if the other one has had ages to prepare. Personally I like the premise. It'll be good for at least one watch, anyway.

Good thing about this premise, too, is it means lots more Arnie Terminators from HT.

Has time to prepare and yet is going into battle with....a shotgun. :slap
