Actually, ours will be done in early March. Yes, 2012. Just body work and detailing left now, and that'll go pretty quickly. At least in comparison to all the difficult, tedious stuff we're finally finished with.

Crazy. At this point, what's the closest comic/toy con besides Toy Fair that HT could reveal this at (for like the umpteenth time) and give us a price and release date? For some reason, I don't think we'll see a preorder for this until the spring.

I think those 1:18 Mattel cars are on their way to being about that ridiculous.

I've been after one of those for a LONG time now, & honestly I refuse to pay the crazy prices that some people want for them online.

Jeez, you're probably right and all! $1000, that'd be 786Euro before shipping....at that price...I might have to settle for just the figures. Annoying thing is my obsessive nature means I would be very annoyed at having the Nolan Batmobile, Batman and Joker but, for the Burton movies, only having Batman and Joker.

Pfff. What would you want mine for? Hot Toys will probably see fit to release a new one with even cooler features than mine has and make it obsolete.
