Kinda makes me want to hold off on ordering this one for a few months now just to be sure

The catch-22 is that if everyone thinks like that, he will be one-and-done and you might have to pay through the nose down the line when he sells out, lol.

I enjoyed this character, but given the limited screen time and episodes, I don't plan on picking him up.

Limited screen time? Compared to IG-88 screen time in ESB? DUDE, IG-88 would kill to be in that movie for a full 5 min.

That?s understandable. For me...his speederbike scene was enough lol. Plus he could be versatile. Put him next to Boba & Vader and act like he?s IG-88 in ESB.

For me the dynamic with Mando would have been enough - e.g. for the shelf he adds interest with Mando V1. Plus episodes 7 & 8. I wanna add more to a gift card so he'll be pretty much paid off when I order, more or less. Doesn't change the price but I don't have huge POs stacking up.

IG-88 could go the same route as K2S0, in regards to secondary market pricing, once it sells out. That may be something to keep in mind, as well.

Well it's a good thing I didn't compare him to IG-88 then! I wouldn't pick him up either. I'm comparing him to characters I watched a lot and enjoyed. I'd buy Kuill 5x over IG-11

Yeah, I could definitely see that as well. I think IG-11 had enough appearances to be memorable, and is worthy of a figure. Hoping to pick him up at some point.

Totally fair point. I'd love him too, but not sure I'd pay $199 for such a little dude...........I really wish these things still topped out at $150 max

Decided to order this through Alter Ego. Noticed that they were down to three in stock and I had $25 in rewards to use. Brings it to $226 and free shipping, which is pretty good. Looking forward to getting it.

Would it be impossible to think that HT will release this figure again as ESB IG-88 for the 40th? As a Con Ex if nothing else?

The only downside might be the wait for this to be delivered before HT sells another version, which then gives you 1.5 years more to wait before HT IG-88 is on your shelf.

I like the look of the IG droids and don’t have Sideshow’s IG-88. I wouldn’t be surprised if this winds up being like K2SO in the aftermarket and may shoot up in price.

Sorry "Season 3", was only me going off what one of the written articles in the last weeks mentioned. That Boba will be only a small role in Season 2, but more in Season 3.

The pics of the Bounty Hunters were towards the end. Around the 25 minute mark. They looked more like screen wallpapers than anything concrete. But who knows ??

There's also good footage of Natalie Portman (at roughly the 24 minute mark) on "high beam" in the Volume

U could wait for Cara or Moff Gideon. I POd IG-11 re liking origin arcs. Also am so impressed with Ultron Mark 1 hoping HT will do as good of a job with this non-human/droid. Also don't have much Star Wars on the shelf and wanted the Season 1 PR art effect (which also needs Cara at minimum).

Well, I'll be damned. Come to think of it there were some leaks/rumours before season 1 aired that the two in that picture, plus one of the others, were in the first season. It turned out not to be true. Perhaps it was crossed wires or maybe they ended up on the cutting room floor for some reason. Anyway, the way this show is going I'd say there's a very big chance they'll be in it at some point. Hence why I'm reluctant to buy the SS versions.

Bit the bullet and pre-ordered this guy. It'll go nicely with the first Mando figure and the heavy gunner. Beskar Mando will stand on his own with the child in the floating stroller.

Yeah, picked up another cabinet early this year that will be sitting around in pieces until I can get to it - just because of Mando & co.

Cramming upcoming figs with the MCU stuff just wasn't gonna cut it. Am afraid of possible upcoming Mando poly as well $$$. But at least talked myself
out of the ~600$ helmet.

Re-watched episodes 5-8 last night and just can't NOT have IG, tho. The Mando/IG dynamic is just too great. Plus, IMO screams Star Wars. Excellent design.
Can already see my shelf display - just waiting on Cara, and hopefully Kuill.
