Still an outside shot that Sideshow gets some stock before end of this year. Not likely but one can dream.

The way this got accelerated I have to wonder if it was just easy to do because of it's similarity to V1 or if they want to fast track it so they can quickly triple or quadruple dip Mando?

Using the ballpark 45 day rule which has been pretty close as of late, the date for Sideshow shipping would be January 7th. The fastest I've seen for the past few months is 35 days (the Wasp) and the longest 54 days (Qui-Gon). So, unlikely to get it in-hand before end of year, but not out of the realm of possibility to see it ship... I don't recall if Sideshow shuts down over the holiday week, so that would certainly push shipping into early/mid January...

What I really like about this set is that it comes with two full childs (children?). I'll likely use the Pram with the V1 Mando and the stand along child with this version. My little hallmark ornament placeholder had a shorter shelf-life than anticipated!

Looks awesome and worth the wait not getting the first version. Has anyone had any flex payments from sideshow yet? Not too worried as they do take a while to get their stock just wondering if they?ll start charging soon as it?s released?!

Figure turned out pretty good, even if the armor does look kinda drab now compared to Guillaume's amazing shiny custom. Nice to see they at least corrected the size of the leg armor though.

More would definitely have been nice. These are probably the same cheap-ish ones that came with V1 I would assume. I also wish we somehow got this...

Yeah, that also shows Sideshow's 1:1 wasn't that accurate with the hair on the ears......

I'm keeping my order obviously but I'm not a fan of how dull the paintjob looks. Doesn't give the illusion of metal to me, just looks like semi-glossy plastic.

I dunno.. could just be the quality of the vid. The pics HT posted on insta look great.

Dreadful video quality but could be shinier.

Looks no less shiny than the original version though and of course custom paint jobs will always blow stock out of the water.

It has the cheap unpainted silver plastic look to it. If HT are going to do a weathered Beskar version then they should have really glossed this up.....

They would?ve done better to make it look like captain Phasma then weathered it up a bit.
