From this shot the 16"-17" looks about right.

I wish that were true... I seem to remember a quick shot of some stairs leading up to it.
In your photo, the Monger stands on floor level but I'm sure Obi is raised up about 18 inches on the steps.
I think the actual correct scale size would be about 18-1/2 inches.
I'm buying one anyway!!!

I have a question. Where are his legs supposed to go inside that thing? It seems movie magic is what allows a person to fit in that thing and even if Hot Toys wanted to put Stane inside it'd only allow for his upper torso, no?

That picture is not an accurate depiction of the Monger's height. From the hollywood collectibles show, there's a part where it shows the actual figure made by the Stan Winston Studios. Although the piece is on a stand which looks like 12 to 18 inches off the ground but still their heads would barely past the waist.

If it's a vinyl snap-kit I'm gonna die laughing!

There's no way a full TT fig is gonna fit inside.

Maybe from the torso up?

That is what they said long before the Tokyo event. But I think they've since seen people will pay whatever they ask now. DX Indy being the exception :lol

Yeah, I think it's the head sculpt that's causing the most problems for people.
