You might be right. Of all the characters they can make from each and every X-men film, they've only done Wolverine. Back when XMO:W came out, everyone thought Victor was going to be right behind Logan. Nope. Its possible the X-men license doesn't have each actor's likeness attached to it, so it might have to be done on an individual basis and they might feel only Hugh Jackman is worth going after. Them getting so far on Prof X and then never releasing him is certainly odd. Surely all the R&D done on him would warrant just pushing it through production at least if they didn't have any license issues. Clearly the demand was/is there for more figures

True. But I mean, from a figure perspective, they really wouldn't have been that much different. It only further makes me think there are more issues than just the X-men license and perhaps they're only interested in Jackman enough to get his likeness rights and not anyone else.
What I'd really like Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart) in wheelchair and Magneto (Sir Ian McKellan), and Logan. Those 3 have been constant throughout the franchise and are popular. Not to mention Stewart and McKellan are good friends in real life.
Shame though, I was a fan of the X-men back in my childhood with the cartoons etc. Really didn't have much, if any, Avengers back then. Now with these films I am more of an Avengers fan. Not to offend anyone, but I actually like them milking Avengers, just ease up on Iron Man.
I would like them to hit the Justice League hard depending on how good the 'Rise of Justice' will be. But we have 2 more years. Jeez AOU next year and ROJ the next. I guess I will focus on those 2 lines.
