I tested several times: Carmel IN, Cincy, Columbus and Troy OH and got around the same every time.

I had 125 mb when I was living near London but now I'm currently staying at my in-laws who have something like 10. Man it drives me mad downloading anything now. Even more motivation to hurry up & get our own place but to be honest 10 mb is more than enough for what they use it for. I was with Virgin before but I don't think you get Virgin here so I'll have to go with either BT or Sky but think 70 is the best you can get here.
