Cjk- I know I'm missing the thing on the forehead, and the laser part. I really only worked on the crown.

So, should I just grind down what I got now, and star again?

If you mean start over, I wouldn't go that far. Just even out the ridges on the crown, add the "V" shapes on the ring, and add the little piece which runs from the cheek to the laser. Then, you should be OK. I definitely wouldn't just throw out what I already had!

I'm about to go out and look for the paints Les suggested in that little tutorial... since I have the plain white resin set of bios that Nosferatoys sells on ebay...

Gonna start out with the plainest bio, and see what I can do. I learned how to paint the effect of bone pretty well... maybe I can get doin bio's too? I'm thinkin, after it's all dry and finished, if it's bright enough, I might add some black to an antiquing acrylic and do a little wash over it.

At least I have something to keep me entertained, lol.

Sounds great Adam. Let me just tell you tht it's best to use Testor's Model Master Acryl Acrylics those are the ones Les, and I use for the bios. They are pretty thin and all of that. You can find them in hobby store like Hobby Lobby, and Michaels they can also be found in model stores. if that fails, got to Tesors' website and they can be ordered through them directly.

Remember, have fun with it, and don't get stressed, it's just paint.

That Narin is looking so good. I think the critiques are great. If you can match the original close enough that mask will rock. Keep up the good work. You're inspiring me to try my hand at mold making. Can't wait to see the finished products.

You know, I just started resculpteing him last night. Right now, I have a problem. I didn't sculpt something exactly symetrical, and I was wondering if I could post pics of the problem, and you could tell me whether or not I need to fix it. To fix it will be a pain, and I feel that it will be fine the way it is.

Also, I ordered some more HARDCAST last week, so I should be getting this week. I will then resume casting Scars, and Narin will be the next mold I make. I'm moving at a pretty good pace, because once the Narin is made and molded, all I have to do is mold the Chopper, and Wolf. That right there aint gonna be cheap guys.
