As far as I know, the PPOs have always been 1 per customer because the site changes to one with very limited functionality.

After thinking about it, i guess your right. Its just that im use to seeing super high prices on ebay for the oc bats and when i saw the $224 vs the $500+ on ebay, i thought it was a good price.
