Yeah, I agree W-G. It just wouldn't look natural, plus there's no way they could get the color right. One of the reasons I thought they might try it was knowing how great some of the rooted hair customs looked and how much they sold for plus the Int Room would lend itself to rooted hair -- that and the teaser pic showed NO hint of the head, at all.

wouldn't be surprised if the licensor decided on the rooted hair at the last minute

might be why it took a little longer for the reveal on this one. might of had the schulpted hair proto ready to show then licensor changed their mind at the last min to rooted hair which made the time between teaser and reveal longer than the other Avengers

Let the DX01 have it's thing. That will be the mob scene Joker. Plus, HT has gone through all the work to make fantastic outfit I feel as though the loops would taint it a bit. The loops make the coat stick out a bit, at least on the DX01 it did. I can understand why some people who don't have the DX01 would want it but, I dunno, I just feel like that is the way it is. You can always go out and but a DX01 coat or modify the new one. I remember when I was piecing together my DX01, the coat was so damn hard to find. Now, I see them on ebay all the time.

Absolutely right. Unless you are doing the mod scene, the loops just get in the way and the jacket doesn't hang right. That's why I bought a second jacket for the DX02 to take the loops out of.

Trust me, you don't want the grenade rig with this release.

I'm surprised so many people actually want rooted. I already have Keaton cape being a pain in the ass I can't imagine what the hair will do. I don't want to be ____ing around with hair on my figures.

^ Keaton's cape is an absolute pain in the ass to futz, what do you think rooted hair will be like? Especially in mass production. You can bet that it will a mess in the packaging. No rooted hair.
