Phew! That's a relief. I was worried that I'd got to go home tonight and do it! :rotfl

Meanstreak - looks like you were very unlucky with the Fedora on yours. That should not have passed QC.

I wonder why they didn't think to put the injection molding point at the BACK of the hat so it wouldn't be so obvious! :slap

Only ever ever so slightly now. Just because it looks cool.
Nobody will make you do this though so don't worry! ;)

Got my second set, headsculpt has a bad paint rub on the nose. But the shape of the head is better than my first.

:(

QC HT?

My Dr. Jones crushed today from my Expedit and has now the Same Problem:-(

I prefer the plastic trays for that very reason. I had the same problem with my Enterbay Jack Bauer. The foam looks nice but it allows for more contact against the figure.

Also, anybody else getting the cold shoulder from SSC's Return/Exchange dept? I sent a form with pics the day I got my Indy, 10/25 (there is a stitching error on the pants and I was curious about a problem with the neck) and still haven't heard back. Maybe they are fending off the hordes of Batman returns?

My original hat also has the small defect on the front of the brim but my Toy Anxiety hat doesn't.

Call them Thom, that's faster. I e-mailed them about replacement Spider-Man wrist pegs and never heard back. Also I saw Toy Anxiety's stock in person...a few of their hats had that little nick on the front. Some were worse than others.

Thanks - I will give them a call. I'm not really too bothered by any of the issues but if they want to replace something I'll take it.

Pics of my Indy...
NOTE: I'm using Sovereign Studios jacker and whip, and Sideshow strap for the sidebag.

Sorry for the crappy pics... should have better ones tomorrow!
:rock!

Yeah, one of my hats has a very small mark but the other is perfect.
There seems to be quite a bit of paint variation as well.

That looks excellent! I particularly like the use of the SS bag strap. Was thinking of that too. I might even use the SS pants because I think they are closer to gray than tan but I am impressed that the HT pants seem to change color depending on the light.

Seriously, you're gonna let us hang here when you say there's two different headsculpts?

Now I gotta know: which did I get? I would imagine everyone is just a little curious.

Please post a side-by-side.

I've got to admit that I don't understand where people are coming from with this thought that the hat looks best when tilted. Ford never wore his hat crooked in that "Humphrey Bogart" style in the movies so why do people think the figure should be wearing the hat like that? :dunno
It makes him look like he's about to start singing and dancing!

OK, OK, I was screwing around. My god.... Just my luck that the good face pics were with the tilted hat.

The pants are fantastic aren't they? Strange maybe to point out but they look so life like. The creases and all hang just perfect! Then the boots are killer! I was really holding out hope for the best and after having him for a few days now he just keeps.. getting.. BETTER!

Nice pics Kuzeh, congrats on the Indy! :)

Thanks!!

Yep, HT strap is terrible, but Sideshow's is perfect!!
