I was nervous as hell opening the box, and wondering what I was going to find inside. Though Wai Man of OneSixthBruce did post a picture of this batch on his Facebook, commenting that there were no "bloated" heads!

I'd been building myself up for disappointment, but the figure I got is incredible. I'm more than pleased with him! I'm just disappointed that my photography skills can't convey the sculpt of Harry Ford standing on the shelf. It may not be 1981 Harrison, but it's at least a great representation of him in 1984 or 1989.

There is a mark in the fedora. I hadn't noticed it until it showed up in this picture:

The jacket collar was also already flattened in the box, along with his shirt collar. The only problem with the jacket is that it's probably made too small for the broad shoulders on this body, so that it falls away at the collar.
Does anyone know if the zipper will actually do the jacket up? I'm afraid to try in case I get it jammed and end up ripping something.

The shirt and jacket are an easy fix. Just wet the collar of the shirt and press it between your fingers and let dry. The jacket collar can be brought together by placing a paper clip, that's been bent into U shape, under it and sqeezing it. I also, as other's have done, glued the tips of the collar down.

I think i may mess about with the collars like you guys have done I quite lime how you guys have made it look!

The water and pressing with fingers works brilliantly on the collar Eamon,
but I just received this which means I'm gonna dirty up my HT shirt now..

Is this the Kato jacket?? Looks great!

yeah, I can honestly say i have never seen anything like it in person before. And I'm one of the obsessives that spent a fortune on a hand punched BobbyC Joker head. It's just incredible.

Thanks to Commtech for leading the way with this one. And Kato should be proud. Unbelievable work.:clap

Just wondering - why was Indy DX ten dollars more than Sparrow DX?

Sparrow has two PERS-equipped "heads," a far more complex outfit/hat and similarly large-scale added accessory...? Is that Lucasfilm licensing's doing?

Hmm I could only assume it has something to do with lucasfilm Vs. Disney and licensing prices o the Sideshow relationship?

Hot Toys has a direct license with Disney and Depp. For Indiana Jones (and SW), they have to go through Sideshow (who is the one with the Lucasfilm and Hasbro deals). This produces a middle man effect of sorts and another small layer of profit. I'm expecting a staggering price on the upcoming DX Luke figure.

Do not like this word. :monkey2

You can remove the guyliner with a toothpick and some nail polish remover. That worked well for me. You might not even have to remove the eyes. You could roll them to where he's staring at the top of his head and have a go at it. I went through the process of removing the eyes myself. Wish I would have thought about the eye rolling, though. Oh well.

Whats the risk of doing something irreversable with my Indy by removing the paint on the lower eyelid Wor-Gar

Just be careful if you remove the PERS rig. It takes 'cracking' some glue to loosen it so be patient and slow.

Some have suggested -- as we get better at this -- to roll the eyes upward and used paint remover on the lower lids. That seems like a fine way to go without lots of extra work.

So, uh...Wor-Gar...you taking commissions?

For what? :lol No, if you're going for it, just do it the way people are talking about now.

Ok, cool. I'll try that. Thanks! :duff
