HT DX05 - Indiana Jones - in-hand images

I received HT Indiana Jones about 1 month ago, That was my first HT figure.. hope got 1:6 figure which Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones likeness. I believed hot toys can do, but got a little disappointed.. May be too much expectation : )

But my friend, Duabelas Kitbasher (https://www.onesixthwarriors.com/forum/members/5176-duabelas.html) could help me to re-created the real onesixth Indiana Jones like i wanted, with his outstanding painting skill..
Indy HT looks much better now IMO

He also did some customize to indy father (henry jones sr), About repainted HS and rescaled henry's body..
Henry jones sideshows's body was too short, not actually sean connery in 1:6 scale, he is about 6 feet and 2 inch.. taller than Harrison Ford

Those are GREAT! It loks like REAL on set pics of HF!!!!!

for great repaint like that, it was not expensive really..

Ok thnx...do you have more pictures by the way? Does your friend use a lot of colors when painting? I'd like to see more detail..no offence but the pictures come off as modified with photoshop after closer inspection..i see use of contrast and bleach bypass...love to see a normal photo..again no offence..i was pretty excited at first, but i love to see the paintjob itself...

Finally got back to futzing with my Jones and setting him up. He's been in the box ever since I got him. But I had some spare time this lovely holiday weekend and got him and Jack set up.

Overall, a very lovely fig. The Sovereign jacket rides up around the neck. Methinks the massive muscle body is doing more harm than good. Oh well, sooner or later HT will release a TT with sculpted neck, and I'll have something to switch it out with. Maybe by that time I'll have saved up enough to MFisher's gear and Kato's jacket.

The thing that really bugs me though, is the Fertility Idol grabbing his buttcheeks. Once seen, cannot be unseen.

The HT Goemon body has a sculpted neck and works perfectly. They have become a little hard to find though.
