I noticed that BBTS still has over 100 of these in stock. Kind of weird that they jacked up the price by $20 or so considering that it doesn't seem to be flying off the figurative shelves.

I don't want to sound like a cheerleader but i'm going to have to agree with Rory on this one!My Indy had that guy-liner crap and the detail on the face was severely lacking.Don't get me wrong it's an AWESOME figure and it'll probably be the best one out there(Mass produced anyway) for awhile but compared to other recent Hot Toys releases this head sculpt is sub-par.Like they say to each his own or something like that.:dunno:)ANyway, here is some PICS. of my WIP Indy but he is only about 40% done but will post more updates as i complete them.:wink1:

Looks great CeeemOr!
:clap

Uggh they tell you stock situation? how unique- and revealing!
Yeah they orderd a ton...wonder how many they SOLD, too?

Quick question guys, and yes I have searched this thread and the forum as a whole, but what bodies will the HT head fit without modification?
I dig the head, but thInk the HT body is too damn beefy.
Thanks in advance...

You need a 'necked' HT body. The HT Goemon body is the best one right now. I was looking for a replacement too. I picked one up eventually for my Raiders custom, check out the thread to see more details. Thanks to Commtech for the heads up. It looks a LOT better.

:wink1:

Actually, from the looks of it, I'm fine on the original HS on the top. :monkey3 Of course, the customized HS is much better but I'm sissy when it comes to mod HT figures so I'm good w/ it.:monkey1

Thanks Rory. I saw that thread about the Goeman body. Was hoping to find a cheaper and less hard to find alternative.
Btw, your repaint is ____ing fantastic sir.

Way late to the game, but I opened this guy up for Christmas and he's definitely exceeded my expectations. I think my favorite improvement over the Sideshow Indy is that this one isn't floppy and can nicely hold a pose.

Welcome to the HT INDY LOVERS club!!!:rotfl

Seriously much much better than the bad reviews on here- but everyone has their opinion....

Gents, what hands besides the Indy ones best match the color of the body? I received a body cheap but need some hands. Thanks.

Was just going to put a link up to this deal! $150 is just crazy for this set. Even if you think the sculpt isn't very good, the total amount you get in the set is huge.

Thanks!

Anyone ordered from these guys before? I'm tempted to buy another at this price for customizing.

A few of us here in Australia use them because they are a Hong Kong seller and the shipping is cheaper than the US sellers. No one has ever reported a problem.

....though a few of us are now getting annoyed that they're taking so long on their DX Jack Sparrow pre-orders! :gah:

shipping to the US state Ohio is $60, and that's the cheapest way.

Looks like its jumped to 190 now...

Yeah, $60 anywhere in the US. So that's $250, hardly a deal.

Even at $150, with shipping, it works out to $210 -- which is OK but hardly a deal. Watch eBay and you can get him for under $200 sometimes.

Under 200 with 20+ shipping... there hasn't been any that's under 200 shipped. Well, just one really lucky one that was 181 shipped... but it was used.

I received HT Indiana Jones about 1 month ago, That was my first HT figure.. hope got 1:6 figure which Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones likeness. I believed hot toys can do, but got a little disappointed.. May be too much expectation : )

But my friend, Duabelas Kitbasher (https://www.onesixthwarriors.com/forum/members/5176-duabelas.html) could help me to re-created the real onesixth Indiana Jones like i wanted, with his outstanding painting skill..
Indy HT looks much better now IMO :)

He also did some customize to indy father (henry jones sr), About repainted HS and rescaled henry's body..
Henry jones sideshows's body was too short, not actually sean connery in 1:6 scale, he is about 6 feet and 2 inch.. taller than Harrison Ford

Here are pictures about henry jones and 1 picture he stand side by side with Hot toys Indy..
Sorry if my post a little bit out of topic, just want to share some pictures about my customized sideshow Henry Jones sr when comparing his scale with Hot toys indy : )
