I guess you're one of those people arrogant enough to think the way you see things should be the world standard, but it's most definitely not... Sorry to shatter your dreams... :wave

I left this thread when people started exhibiting signs of psychosis. WTF??? :cuckoo::lol

You are too funny Butters.:lol:lol:lol

:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl :wave

Happy Christmas!

And since you have that horrible cheap overpriced Medicom Farmboy "Luke", same goes for you. :lol

Difference is, I always appreciated why people ____ted on UU Luke as a figure. But I decided I wanted it anyway. Same goes for the UU Sparrow,
it looks like crap compared to the HT version, but I ordered anyway. Why do I spend money on sub standard figures? I get paid too much and I already have
all the top end releases. But can I tell the difference in high quality and substandard? Yes.

Just like Indy. I bought 3 to customize, but I think it's a good release?
No.

So you don't really have a point.
:dunno

Even I can see how bad that UU "Luke" is... :lol

Yeah, EVEN you Butters, that just about sums it up.
:lol:rotfl:lol

Oh, yes he does.... :lol

Hot Toys>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Who?

Rorywan????

Nope.

Wow, I see this thread has come full circle.

Anyway, I'm with you Butters...I am still digging mine and, yes, it does look better in hand to me than any pics posted of it...but hey, to each his own. Some people don't like it, some do. Neither side will change the other's mind and no amount of hate throwing, name calling, or the like will make a difference. Why it has to come down to that every single time is beyond me.

Oh, and that UU Luke does suck...just sayin' People think Indy is overpriced, but holy crap!

My final word on the subject...
..in hand pics. Same camera, same lighting, out of box DX head and one which has been customized to try and fix HT's lazy paint and sculptural work.
If you guys are happy with the top one, and think it's great. Good for you, we obviously exist on different planes.

I don't want to sound like a cheerleader but i'm going to have to agree with Rory on this one!My Indy had that guy-liner crap and the detail on the face was severely lacking.Don't get me wrong it's an AWESOME figure and it'll probably be the best one out there(Mass produced anyway) for awhile but compared to other recent Hot Toys releases this head sculpt is sub-par.Like they say to each his own or something like that.:dunno:)ANyway, here is some PICS. of my WIP Indy but he is only about 40% done but will post more updates as i complete them.:wink1:

If I can pick up one or two of these relatively cheap in the near future, I'll be happy. They're a good place to jump off from if anything else.
