HT DX05 - Indiana Jones - in-hand images

Anybody seen these? Just saw this on eBay. It's probably old news but new to me. Anybody have one?

I have one which came with the old Gentle Giant crate set. The colour is different but the shape and fractured edges match. I assume it's either one of those or a cast of it.

Ok gotcha. Yup. Looks like a recast to me based on the color. Pretty cheap on eBay. $7.00 plus shipping.

I love it when I see the young ones discovering Indiana Jones. My co-worker, who is 20 years old just saw Raiders of the Lost Ark for the first time a week ago.
You should be able to find a good deal on a figure on this forum. Check the FOR SALE thread or post a WANT TO BUY. I'm sure someone will be a knocking soon.

Introduced my 11 year old to Alien and Aliens this past Friday night, and she loved them. Sunday night she watched Raiders for the first time, and liked it. Then, as a double feature I showed her my personal favorite movie of all time, The Empire Strikes Back, and she wanted nothing to do with it. Enjoy them while they are little, because she broke my heart.

My nephew is 8 and a HUGE Indy fan. He dresses as Indy, has the Indy posters on his bedroom walls. We go to Disneyland and the first ride we go on is Indy. If it were up to him all the rides we go on would be Indy. Kids awesome.

I'm debating giving him my SSC Indy exclusive in the hopes that someone, someday will make the definitive version at a reasonable price I can pick up. May wait another year till I know he'll take good care of it though.

My three yr old son is all about Indy as well.. (or as he says "Injie Jones")... he keeps looking at my figure display cabinet and telling me, "I wanna buy that too"... Best part of the hobby for me !

Can anyone tell me if every HT jacket comes with crazy collars? A good majority of them seem to be unable to sit properly and look dopey. I've done some research and find that the guy behind the Sov. Studios jackets isn't too reliable anymore and a set of Kato clothing would be well over 200$. Any thoughts?

Im just using the SS Jacket. I think it lays better than the HT one. And is a cheaper alternative than Kato or Sov. Studios.

I'd like to see them do the Holy Grail version which may open up a chance for Hot Toys to do a figure of his father as well. And with better headsculpts.
