My gf said to me today "maybe for our anniversary I'll surprise you with the Indiana Jones you want". I replied with "don't toy with my emotions."

Is anyone actively selling any custom belts, holster, and whip? I've seen some in the for sale section but the threads are fairly old.

Contact mfisher. He posted on the last page at the top. I have his custom belt, holster, whip, and bag. They are perfect!

Still loving mine...

Got mine yesterday and I love it so far. I am conflicted how I want to pose him. holding whip, holding gun, holding idol, holding nothing, gloved hands, non gloved hands....:gah:

i'm leaning towards non gloved hands holding gun in right hand and idol in left with the bag of sand sitting on the pedestal.

decisions decisions.

I've had mine since release and still have this problem. I'm constantly changin him up.

bmarz - awesome setups you have there, and great poses on the figures! Are those the SS GI-Joe environments?

So I have a bunch of SS reward points burning a hole in my pocket and was thinking of getting him. Looks like a huge split on him though. Some love some hate. Am I going to have to do a ton of mods to make him look like Indy?

This is a love it or hate it figure. I got mine a month a go. Here is a pic straight out of the box. I see Indy..

Is it perfect? No. Is it pretty damn good? Yes. Best Indy on the market.

Thanks Jimmie. I see Indy too. I take it you are happy with him? Accessories look amazing that come with him from what I've seen too.

:exactly: Definitely the best Indy hands down. The hs is a funny thing on this figure though. From some angles it looks spot on to me, but when I do a 360 rotation it goes in and out of Ford. I see Ford in this one.

I am happy with my figure and as you said, the accessories are amazing. You get the works with this release.

If you're on the fence about it, I would recommend it, but then again, everyone's collecting tastes are different.

My girlfriend picked this up for me as a gift but even if she didn't, I was going to get it anyway.

Bmarz - Did you make those dios?

No buddy. The first is The Recovery at Serpent Temple and the second is the Desert Weapons Cache. Both Sideshow, both G.I. Joe.

The SS dios are very versatile. I've used the "desert" one for Sandtroopers also and it looks great!

Nice to see this fig still has some life...

I have been all over this controversy from the beginning... those LONG LONG anticipated pics - then straight to shelves in North America???

it was so weird, then the "does it / it doesn't" look like harrison debate began.

Here is my assessment after a little over a year. The expression they used on Indy's face, the same expression on the poster you see in my pic... is an expression hardly used by Harrison. His face is quite animated if you think about it from the puppy dog scared in trouble face, to the happy charming / smirking face, straight to the action shot face...

this guy is hardly ever serious!

Anyways I did my best to debunk the guyliner in the first shot, the second shot is how my Indy was forever... (achieved goal with gold thing) then the third shot is how he is now... hungry again... someone took his... gold thing

It's kind of hard to "debunk" the guyliner thing when many of us, including myself, scraped it off. We actually saw it. Let alone the numerous pictures of it.

:exactly: Yep, the guyliner is there in plain sight, unless you do something about it. I just left it on mine, but it definitely looks better taken off.

Sixth Sith, your pics look good and I see why you left the Indy pose in the middle pic for so long. He looks great and I have a similar pose too. :wink1:

Yeah sorry did I make it like I succeeded? I meant I tried but didn't succeed :thud:

Nice Death, you and I just might see things similarly :hi5:

Dunno why I pose him with Both guns though... Where is the 9mm from anyway, the arab scene?

He has it during the shootout at Marion's bar, while its burning down. He switches back and forth between the revolver and automatic. Then the guy in black burns his hand with the medallion. :wink1:
