I think most of the e-tailers except for Joe and Toys2 are getting the wave from DC Direct which means you do have to wait a little longer.

I ordered one from DCD, and the estimated arrival date is November 17. Does anyone here know how accurate DCD estimates typically are?

I ordered a BR Joker from him back in october so thats good to hear. I haven't recieved any notice from him yet though, but I guess its only a matter of time. Thanks for the info.
