Re: The Dark Knight New Costume PHOTO Thread.

Do you guys have the metal part of the stand pushed down all the way? I haven't had any problems with my stands. Batman's thighs are touching the stands but there isn't any force applied on the suit whatsoever.

Mines all the way down, and it's not the pressure that bothers me, it's the fact I can't hold a pose with them because it's like he's got a thighmaster between his legs and you can't close them.

Re: The Dark Knight New Costume PHOTO Thread.

Magnuz, since you have the long cape. See if you can pull off this. This was another look that was cool. Though unless you have an alternate stand or something...

Re: The Dark Knight New Costume PHOTO Thread.

magnuz what cape is on yours? It looks great! or are you just really good at posing him with the normal cape he came with?

Re: The Dark Knight New Costume PHOTO Thread.

Is it just me or does that cape have wires in it? It looks like DC Direct's cape...

Re: The Dark Knight New Costume PHOTO Thread.

I've got always the problem with the cape. He always looked really bulky with his cape and without it really good.

So I thought about 2 weeks just to cut the damn clips from the cape and to try to push the cape in to the holes... but I was afraid. ^^

Today I tried it out, and man, this looks really good without the clips. And the cape sits really well... you have really to pull a bit to get the cape out of the hole... so guys, don't be afraid and try it out... you'll see, that it is much better without the clips as with the clips...

btw, sorry for the crap pics...I've no real cam here, just doing it with the psp cam <.<

Re: The Dark Knight New Costume PHOTO Thread.

I don't think you need to take the clips off a $200+ figure to improve the look of the cape..just trial and error..keep wrapping the tip of the clip with the end of the cape and fish it through and push down somewhat..it took me about 15mins to get the cape to look flat and evened out and plus..cutting off the clips means you have to stuff more cape in the holes so, you are shortening the cape right?.
