Maybe it is because I have not seen it in the flesh so to speak, but it has always intrigued me as to why the Doom PF commands the money it does.
I remember seeing one for sale online years ago for $500 and I could not believe people would pay that much for that character.
That was before I was collecting myself.
To answer your question, you could always sell Doom and get a Hulk and then have bought our respect

I have recently got into statue collecting and want to hunt down old SS PF. A good local friend of mine is out of the statue game. He is offering me his green Hulk PF. Leave eBay aside as I have seen price range from 1500-2500. I want to ask what you would offer for this piece from a fellow collector. I want to make a fair and reasonable offer as he is willing to give me a deal. For those who is looking for one or recently bought one, let me know what price range is good. Thanks in advance.
Anything below $1200-1300 is highway robbery, but the prices on the green and grey aren't dropping

An awesome piece indeed. Before I saw it at a fellow collectors house I had NO interest in getting it, and ever sense I have had a simiring want of this one. If it wasn't for the new PFs I would probably be hunting this one down.
Having just seen the Rulk I can say the new PFs CAN stand toe to toe with this grail. It will all depend on the paint apps on the Green and Grey. Of they manage to get them to the same level as the King and Gladiator Hulks the new PFs will be worthy successors.
Yeah I am waiting to get the new green ex in my house before I decide to go hunting for this guy. Had him once and should have never let him go.
